Prolonged and consistent advertising is recognised as being the most cost effective way to promote your business. This yields a much higher rate of response from customers than short and sporadic campaigns.

Six editions are published each year, and every advertiser receives a FREE online entry in the Business Directory for the equivalent period of advertising.

Advertisement Accepted Formats
Print ready adverts can be submitted as a high resolution JPEG, PDF, TIFF, or in MS Word, Publisher and Powerpoint, and where supplied as an image must be a minimum of 300DPI.

Advert Design
If you need an advert designing for you, a basic design service is available; The Hellesdon Handbook Design Service. You may already have some ideas  and be able to provide images and text to work from or we can come up with a design for you. In each instance we will work closely with you from beginning to end to ensure you are completely satisfied.

For a one off fee an advert can be designed for you.

£5 for Sixteenth Page and Eighth Page
£10 for a Quarter Page and Half Page advertisement
£15 for a Full Page Advert

We have also arranged a special rate for customers of The Hellesdon Handbook  with a noted Graphic Designer. Please ask for details

Payment

Full payment must be received within seven days of invoicing.
Bookings are considered provisional until payments are received.
Placing of an advert is deemed as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
A Front Cover Leader box must be booked in conjunction with a display advert of any size with in the magazine.
Payment can be made in cash or cheque payable to The Hellesdon Handbook. Electonic payment details are available on the invoices.

VAT
We are a small independent business and are consequently currently not registered for VAT. Therefore, no charge is made for VAT until further notice.
